If you've been blocked or are having any other issue logging in, please contact our support team. == What 's the difference between a voyeur chat, a private chat and a Group chat? ==A voyeur chat is a chat with a model where you can view her webcam but can not type in the chat room or make requests. In a private chat, you may type, however multiple viewers can join and make requests to the model. You may need to fight for her attention and she may not offer as much as in a Private show. In a Private chat, you are the only customer allowed to type to the model and the model usually offers the most in these types of shows. == Why isn't my Cameralux Plus members area password working? ==We refer to the paid members area of Cameralux as the Plus section. If you're not a paid Plus member, you must sign up for this seperately. If you've already purchased a membership and your Plus password isn't working, it's likely you're logging into the Cams section rather than the Plus section. Please make sure you're using this link to login. == What's a Token? ==A token is the monetary term we chose to give the units used to purchase cam shows, fan clubs, on demand content, and store items. $1 equals one credit. Tokens are purchased by depositing funds in your account. == How do I become a model for Cameralux? ==Please fill out our model application. == Can I broadcast my webcam or mobile cam to a model (cam2cam)? ==Yes, you can use our cam to cam feature in VIP mode with the model of your choice. Simply click on the Share Camera button or webcam icon in the chat room during a VIP session to enable this feature. It will work for desktop and mobile users (similar to Facetime). Any desktop browser should work but Safari on iOS and Firefox on Android are recommended for mobile cam2cam. == What is a fan club? ==A fan club is an individual page where models can offer some or all of the following: photos, videos, diaries, and recorded private shows archives. == How do I access a model's fan club? ==The easiest way to directly access a model's fan club is to click the fan club icon on their thumbnail in the model listing or directly on the fan club page. You may also click on a model's profile and click the fan club link once inside (if they have one). Then, click on the join button inside of the preview fan club page of the model you'd like to join. Once you've made your purchase, just return to that model's preview fan club page and you will be granted access to all of her content. No additional password is required to enter. Simply login with your current account information and re-enter the model's fan club. == How much is a fan club? ==Each model can set their own rates, so it will vary from model to model. Access is granted on a monthly basis so if you'd like to continue to access your favorite model's fan club, just join and that's it. If you'd like to stop viewing a model's fan club, you may cancel here. == Does every model have a fan club? ==No, not every model will have a fan club. Feel free to make a request of the model if they don't currently have one available. == I purchased on demand content from a model. A webcam model is a person that performs live video chats online. The more time a customer spends watching your private show the more money you will earn. Models should tell their clients upfront what they are willing to do and not willing to do so there is not a misunderstanding. Generally, webcam models are asked to pose nude and it is considered to be part of the job.
No. As you are self employed and are contracted through us there isn't any need to let anyone know, either in any current or future job roles. The records will only show that you are a self-employed contractor with Orion30 LLP.
== Is my personal information kept private?==
Of course, we absolutely do not share your information with anyone. Your information is only used for your initial approval and payments. You can also block out cities, counties, and even whole countries to help protect your identity.
== Can I block out certain areas so people I know can’t see me?==
Yes. As a webcam model, you should feel safe and secure. We have a geographic restriction feature so you can block out cities, counties, and even whole countries. Keep in mind the more areas you block the less traffic you will get.
== I don’t live in the UK, can I still work?==Yes, but you must hold or have access to a UK bank account. We will be integrating payments to be available with Payoneer towards we accept models from all over the middle of 2016world.
== What do I need?==
